Proprietary Rights in Content on Photobucket.
6.1 Photobucket does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on or through the Photobucket Services.
포토버켓은 회원들이 포토버켓을 통해서 올려놓은 어떠한 컨텐츠들(텍스트,파일,비디오, 이미지 등)에 대한 소유권을 주장하지는 않습니다.
By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Photobucket Services, you hereby grant to Photobucket and other users a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Site in any media formats through any media channels, except Content marked "private" will not be distributed outside the Photobucket Services.
포토버켓 회원들이 포토버켓에 컨텐츠들을 올린다는 것은,
포토버켓과 포토버켓 사용자들이
어떠한 미디어 채널들을 통해서
어떠한 미디어형태로든
포토버켓의 일부 또는 모두를 배포하는데 제한없이 컨텐츠들을
- 사용,
- 수정,
- 컨텐츠 일부를 제거/ 추가,
- 공개적으로(publicly) perform, 전시, 재생성, 번역할 수 있는
비독점적이고 (완전 자유롭게 non-exclusive),
로얄티도 없고 (fully paid and royalty-free),
전세계적(worldwide)으로 사용할 수 있는
라이센스 (limited licence)를 부여하는 것입니다.
Photobucket and/or other Users may copy, print or display publicly available Content outside of the Photobucket Services, including without limitation, via the Site or third party websites or applications (for example, services allowing Users to order prints of Content or t-shirts and similar items containing Content).
포토버켓및 사용자들은 포토버켓 또는 제3의 웹사이트들 또는 응용프로그램들을 통해서 어떠한 제한없이 포토버켓 밖으로 컨텐츠들을 공개적으로 복사, 인쇄, 전시해도 좋습니다.
After you remove your Content from the Photobucket Website we will cease distribution as soon as practicable, and at such time when distribution ceases, the license to such Content will terminate.
컨텐츠를 올린 회원들이 포토버켓에 올렸던 컨텐츠를 제거한 후에는 포터버켓은 가능한한 빨리 그 컨텐츠의 배포를 중지할 것이며,
배포가 중지된 때로부터 그 컨텐트에대한 (포터버켓이 위에서 정의한) 라이센스는 중지될 것 입니다.
(즉 이미 배포된것은 할 수 없고, 배포를 중지한 시점부터 위의 무한정 사용 라이센스가 중지된다는 뜻)
If after we have distributed your Content outside the Photobucket Website you change the Content’s privacy setting to "private," we will cease any further distribution of such "private" Content outside the Photobucket Website as soon as practicable.
만일 우리가 회원들이 올린 컨텐트를 포토버켓 외부로 배포하고 있는데 그 이후에, 컨텐츠를 올린 회원이 그 컨텐츠를 "private:개인용"으로
설정을 바꾼다면, 가급적 빨리 그 개인용 컨텐츠에대한 배포를 중지할 것입니다.6.2 You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Photobucket Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) the posting and use of your Content on or through the Photobucket Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and (iii) the posting of your Content on the Site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you post on or through the Photobucket Services.

(i) 회원들이 포토버켓에 올린 컨텐츠에대한 소유권 또는 아래 조항에 언급되는 라이센스를 부여할 권한이 있어야 하며
(ii) 포토버켓에 올린 컨텐츠들은 어떤 사람의 개인사생활보호권(privacy rights), 공개권(publicity rights), 저작권(copyrights), 계약권(contract rights), 지적재산권(intellectual property rights) 및 그 외 어떠한 권리도 침해하지 않아야 한다는 것.
(iii) 포토버켓에 올린 컨텐츠들은 그것을 올린 회원과 제3자사이에 계약위반을 일으키지 말아야 한다는
것을 뜻하고 보증을 하는 것입니다.
포토버켓에 컨텐츠를 올린 회원들은 컨텐츠를 올린데 대한 모든 로얄티, 비용 등을 다 지불한 것에 동의합니다.6.3 The Photobucket Services contain Content of Photobucket ("Photobucket Content"). Photobucket Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Photobucket owns and retains all rights in the Photobucket Content and the Photobucket Services.

6.5 Photobucket performs technical functions necessary to offer the Photobucket Services, including but not limited to transcoding and/or reformatting Content to allow its use throughout the Photobucket Services.6.6 Although the Site and other Photobucket Services are normally available, there will be occasions when the Site or other Photobucket Services will be interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond the control of Photobucket. Also, although Photobucket will normally only delete Content that violates this Agreement, Photobucket reserves the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Deleted content may be stored by Photobucket in order to comply with certain legal obligations and is not retrievable without a valid court order. Consequently, Photobucket encourages you to maintain your own backup of your Content. In other words, Photobucket is not a backup service. Photobucket will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Photobucket Services, or the loss of any Content.

네오홈피에서는 이러한 다양한 경우에
외부 이미지 링크를 사용할 수 있습니다.
이때 외부이미지 링크를 선택하여, 복사해온 Direct Link 를 입력하면 됩니다. 이미지의 반복속성및 위치속성을 확인해주세요.
포토버켓의 이미지는 대부분 사이즈가 매우 크므로 적합한 경우에 사용하세요. 1)의 이미지생성시는 이미지 크기를 조정할 수 있으나, 배경이미지는 원본 사이즈가 그대로 적용되므로 원본 이미지가 큰 경우는 주로, 페이지 바탕의 배경이미지로 쓰는 것이 좋습니다.
이미지를 생성할 때, 이미지 생성창에서 이미지 소스로서 [외부 이미지 링크넣기]를 선택시, [외부 이미지 링크 입력창]이 열립니다. 이때 포토버켓에서 복사해 온 이미지의 Direct Link (이미지 주소)를 입력하고 [확인]을 클릭하면 페이지의 기본위치에 이미지가 나타납니다.
포토버켓 (http://photobucket.com)링크가 연결되어 포토버켓 사이트가 열리고,
위와 같은 페이지가 나타나면서 해당 이미지가 보이고, 오른쪽 하단에는 이미지소스코드를 여러가지로 제공해주고 있습니다.
그림에서의 설명처럼 Direct link 를 복사하거나, HTML 코드를 받거나, 또는 이미지위에서 메뉴를 띄우고, 이미지를 내 컴에 저장하는 가장 일반적인 방법인 다운로드 등 세가지 방법중 하나로 그곳의 이미지를
네오홈피로 가져와서 사용할 수 있습니다.
왼쪽처럼, 새로 메모지를 만들고 그곳에서 복사해온 코드를 붙여넣어도 됩니다.
이제 아래에서 처럼 복사해온 코드를 입력하고
[대상아이템에 적용] 버튼을 클릭하여. 이미지를 확인해봅니다. 크기가 적절치 않으면 width=150등으로 넣어 조절하세요. 위치도 조정되면 되면 [페이지 저장] 하세요.
또는 direct link를 받아서
홈피의 이미지 생성창에서 바로 그 링크를 사용하셔서 이미지를 생성하여도 되고
또는 다운받아서 내 컴에 저장해두고 적절하게 편집도 하여 사용하실 수 있습니다.
또는 일반적인 방식으로 다운로드 받으셔서 여러분의
컴퓨터에 저장해두고
네오홈피를 꾸밀때 배경이미지로 사용하거나,
일반 이미지 아이템 생성등에 사용하셔도 됩니다.
내 계정안에 저장해두고 사용합니다.
그 이미지 소스코드를 받아서 사용하셔도 됩니다.

홈피 메뉴가 나오잖아요

[내 홈피로 보내기]라는 메뉴에 마우스를 올리면 내 홈피내 페이지를 선택(클릭), 그러면 이 이미지가 내 홈피로 보내집니다.. 이제는 내 홈피로 가셔서 기본메모판에 붙여져 있는 이 이미지를 원하는 위치로 가져다 쓰시면 됩니다.
이 것은 사실 일반메모지안에 포토버켓에서 제공하는 이미지코드를 임베드방식으로 코드입력창에서 넣은겁니다.
크기를 좀 변경하고 싶으면 여러분 홈피에서
[아이템 관리]->[내용/폰트/코드삽입]메뉴를 선택하여
입력창을 연 뒤.. 그 이미지(사실은 메모지에 이미지 코드를 삽입한것) 위에서
마우스 오른쪽 클릭하면 대상으로 지정됩니다.
그때 편집창을 [html 형식으로 전환] 하여 코드입력창으로 만든 상태에서.. 코드안에
width=200 등으로 넓이속성부분을 조정하시면 됩니다.
그리고.. [페이지 저장] 하시면 됩니다.

저장해서 쓰는 방식인데 포토버켓 경우는 다운로드도 가능하나 자신사이트로의 링크가 걸린 이미지들의 코드를 제공합니다. 따라서
이러한 코드가 적용된 이미지를 클릭하면 포토버켓 사이트가 열립니다.
포토버켓에 있는 이미지/사진들은 회원간에 공유되는

내용입력/코드삽입을 위한 편집창이 열리면
아이템을 마우스 오른쪽으로 클릭하여 작업대상으로
지정한 뒤, 편집창에서는 "HTML모드로 전환"하고
